staffThe Landscape Construction Crew at Three Season Landscaping, Inc. is made up of a team of multitalented individuals.  Under the leadership of our project manager and landscape foreman, each crew member lends their expertise, from hardscape construction and planting installation to water features and night lighting. We offer certified professional rain garden installation for storm water management and install live roofing.  Our teamwork, experience and dedication bring your ideas to life!

Richard W. Rideout earned his associate’s degree from the Thompson School of Applied Science, University of New Hampshire.  He has gained a wealth of hands-on knowledge in landscape design and construction as owner of Three Season Landscaping, Inc.  He was Vice-President of New Hampshire Landscape Association (NHLA) in 1994 and was elected President of NHLA in 1995.  A proud recipient of the Leon E. Pearson Award for Landscape Excellence in 1993 and 1998, Mr. Rideout is also a member of New Hampshire Arborists Association, the New England Nursery Association, the Greater Concord, Henniker and Lake Sunapee Chambers of Commerce, the New Hampshire Landscape Association, NH Plant Growers Association, and the Ecological Landscaping Association.

Landscape Foreman

Caleb Chipman joined TSL, Inc. in 2002.  Born and raised in New Hampshire, he has 10 years of experience in the landscape industry.  He enjoys the more natural aspects of the industry – working with bluestone and building stone walls and water features.  Off-hours he can be found on a surfboard or snowboard, depending on the season.  Caleb’s love of anything outdoors is reflected in the care and personal attention he gives to every customer and their landscape project.

Landscape Foreman

Mike Stickney joined TSL, Inc. in 2007 and has 11 years of experience in the landscaping industry, with 8 of those years in hardscape construction.  He enjoys building stonewalls and has built several ponds with waterfalls.  With Mike’s strong customer relations skills, he’s guaranteed to be attentive to all aspects and details of your project.  Our customers enjoy Mike and the way he gets the job done.

 

Office Manager

Holli Siff is a new addition to the TSL, Inc. team.  She has over 25 years of office/managerial experience with a background in legal, medical and retail business.  She oversees all aspects of marketing and website design, bookkeeping and payroll operations, and facilitating the administrative aspects of each project from concept to completion.  She brings her love of people, sense of humor and enthusiasm to the job.
