Members of the Three Season Landscaping design team work closely together on each project to create thoughtful and innovative design solutions, which fit the needs of every client.  Our design team will create a landscape design that will serve as a tool to clarify your ideas.  In addition, the plan will both strengthen communication between subcontractors when construction begins and act as a guide for our crew in the layout of your patios, walkways, walls and plantings.  The Landscape Design eliminates guesswork for everyone involved in the construction process.

Upon approval of your landscape design, we begin coordinating the installation of your landscape.  We begin by scheduling a date for construction, ordering materials and plants, and contacting subcontractors, if applicable. Our foreman and crew will arrive on the first scheduled day of construction to deliver equipment, set up work stations and begin your project.  Installation will continue on a daily basis until your project is complete.

During the construction process, your safety is foremost in our minds.  We will clearly mark any areas that may be hazardous, such as an area that has been excavated.  The crew cleans up the work area, organizes tools and sweeps the walkways at the end of each workday.

Our foreman and crew will respect your property and your privacy when we are installing your landscape.  Our landscape foreman will explain any changes that may occur during construction.  Should you have any questions regarding your project, please be sure to direct them to the landscape foreman or project manager.
