President
Richard W. Rideout earned his associate's degree from the Thompson School of Applied Science, University of New Hampshire. He has gained a wealth of hands-on knowledge in Landscape Design and Construction as owner of Three Season Landscaping, Inc. He was Vice-President of New Hampshire Landscape Association (NHLA) in 1994 and was elected President of NHLA in 1995. A proud recipient of the Leon E. Pearson Award for Landscape Excellence in 1993 and 1998, Mr. Rideout is also a member of New Hampshire Arborists Association, the New England Nursery Association, the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce,the New Hampshire Landscape Association, NH Plant Growers Association, the Association of Professional Landscape Designers, and Ecological Landscaping Association. |

Project Manager
Rob Keim joined TSL, Inc. in 2005. He was formerly sole proprietor of a landscape company and over 24 years of experience in the landscape industry. Rob holds a degree in Horticulture from Becker Junior College, is an accomplished stone wall builder and is responsible for coordinating site operations and quality control. Rob’s strong work ethic and professional manner result in the highest quality landscape installations for our clients. |

Landscape Foreman
Paul Holt joined TSL, Inc. in 2005 and has 10 years of Landscape Construction experience. With Paul's strong leadership skills and reliability, you can be assured of a well-coordinated installation. Paul continually develops his expertise in water features, stone walls and brick installations. Paul is currently attending landscape lighting seminars to add to the services we offer. |

Landscape Foreman
Mike Stickney joined TSL, Inc. in 2007 and has 8 years experience in the landscaping industry, with 5 of those years in hardscape construction. He enjoys building stone walls and has built several ponds with waterfalls. With Mike’s strong customer relations skills, he’s guaranteed to be attentive to all aspects and details of your project. Our customers enjoy Mike and the way he gets the job done. |

Office Manager
Julie Krakauer joined TSL, Inc. In 2007 and has 15 years of office supervisory experience. She has worked as a wholesale rep and retail manager in the table top industry, and still decorates a few store windows for friends in the Concord area. She loves to garden and is looking forward to learning more about plants, hardscapes and garden design. |

Landscape Architect
Eric Buck, ASLA (Pollock Land Planning) received a B.S in Landscape Architecture and a B.S. in Ornamental Horticulture from the University of Connecticut. He has experience in a wide variety of design and construction projects, including estate master planning, commercial development, residential master planning, park design and wetland restorations. His hobbies include hunting, fishing, hiking, coaching lacrosse, and cooking. His design philosophy? “Landscape architecture is the integration of the natural world and the built environment.” |

Under the leadership of our project manager and landscape foreman, each crew member lends their expertise from hardscape preparation and construction through soil amendment and plant installation.
